About Kristine Paulsen Photography

Kristine graduated from Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota with a
degree in English and a love of photography. She realized during her senior
year that her ideal job would be combining her interests in writing and
photography, which led to her decision to chase her dream of becoming a
photojournalist.
Kristine Paulsen Photography is a freelance business that Kristine does in
addition to classes. She started it as a way to share her passion for
photography with others, to gain additional experience in the photography
realm, and to eventually aid her in the pursuit of her ultimate goal -
becoming a professional photojournalist.
Kristine has experience with manual photography and printing, but now
focuses mainly on digital shooting and processing.
She is currently in her second year at the University of Montana's graduate
school and is pursuing a Master's Degree in Journalism with a
Photojournalism option.
