Not an odd question at all!

Technically there are usage permits required to recreate on tribal land (which is where Abby and Austin’s wedding took place). However, I’m not sure if they took out a permit or not because I didn’t ask. :) It’s always better to be safe than sorry though, so I’d definitely recommend looking into getting a permit if you’d like to get married on tribal land.

And thank you so much for your kind words! If you ever need a photographer, always feel free to reach out and I’d love to chat more with you! :)

Do you know if Abby and Austin had to have a permit or pay a fee to get married at Mcdonald Lake? I am thinking of doing that but don’t know the laws behind being married at a lake or campground. Any information you could give me would be amazing!

Also, your photography is absolutely beautiful!
