Love bugs – that’s Jenny and Eddie’s term for one another – and it’s also completely accurate.<\/p>\n

These two are so in love. When they look at each other, you can feel their love for one another from the tips of their toes to the tops of their heads. It’s deep, and happy, and lively and romantic and oh-so-present and beautiful and soft…all at the same time.<\/p>\n

Their wedding exemplified all of that. They chose to start off their day by seeing each other for the first time amongst tall trees and a rushing creek – a favorite place of theirs. Rain sprinkled on and off, but that didn’t dampen their spirits one iota. After having a great time making portraits of them and the group of Iowa groomsmen all decked out in bow ties, we ventured back to the Ranch Club where Eddie played guitar for his beautiful bride to walk down the aisle to.<\/p>\n

Their vows were personally written and spoken to one another, eyes never wavering from the other’s, and their kiss as husband and wife served as punctuation to their sweet words.<\/p>\n

Friends and family dined on a scrumptious dinner, and soon folks headed out on the patio to mine for sapphires, with all sorts of little sparkling gems turning up, glinting in the evening light.<\/p>\n

As the sun set, people moved inside to start a little bit ‘o’ dancing and to enjoy cake, as the stars let the sun have a rest and took over for the evening above the barn.<\/p>\n

Jenny and Eddie – from the bottom of my heart…thank you for having me document your wedding day. Yours was so sweet and touching and I am beyond happy for you both – here’s to mutual weirdness forever for you two! :)<\/p>\n
