There is something just so magical about autumn – maybe it’s because it feels like its beauty can be so fleeting so we must absolutely soak it up while we can. The leaves are green one day, and then suddenly there’s a chill in the air, the clouds turn a dark gray, the sky seems bluer against that gray, the light turns a bit more golden and whammo! we’re surrounded by a world full of brilliant oranges, golds and reds.<\/p>\n

Kelci, Michael and I definitely made the most of the truly stunning autumn Missoula was treated to this year, and though it was a wee bit on the chilly side during our shoot, they toughed it out and we all had such a great time as we took a little walkabout and made some fun photos of the two of them.<\/p>\n

These two are so sweet and so much fun – they love to laugh together (my favorite!) and that definitely came through in our session. We also swung by the Wilma because it’s got special significance in their relationship, as they met for the first time there when going to see a show.<\/p>\n

By the time we declared “that’s a wrap!” on the session, we were all grinning from ear to ear – my cheeks hurt from smiling so much! (Always a great thing!)<\/p>\n

Wow, you two! What an absolutely awesome time! I am SO excited for you both and cannot wait to photograph your wedding next summer! Sending hugs, smiles and lots of laughter your way!<\/p>\n
