When Jen contacted me about setting up Missoula family portraits as a surprise gift for her parents’ anniversary, I was excited to make it happen! I’m a huge fan of surprises, and love getting to be a part of such a cool gift. I’m a little biased, of course, but what a great gift to both give and receive – and it’s something that everyone will be able to enjoy, both now and for years to come.<\/p>\n

The day arrived for their family portraits, and it was such a treat to meet Jen’s family and make these images for them. They were so great to work with, weren’t bothered by the smoky skies, and generally just had a grand old time! We laughed so much, managed to avoid some angry wasps! (eeep!), and truly enjoyed making these fun photos of everybody together.<\/p>\n

Jen and family – thanks again for such a great session! You all are such a good crew – and happy, happy anniversary again!<\/p>\n
